Golden Vessels Corp. Custom Made Item Agreement

All works on orders where the customer or we attune Herbal Crystals; with a specific intent of the customers desire thereby turning them into Pulse Stones; is considered a custom order.

Custom order(s) requires full payment of order total, prior to commencement of work on custom order.

There are No refunds whatsoever on any custom work.

Golden Vessels Corp. is liable to the customer, in custom orders, in that Golden Vessels Corp. must complete the customer's custom order. Should the customer's custom order be destroyed through our negligence, accidents in the laboratory, or natural acts, we are liable only to begin confecting and completing the same custom order anew for the customers at no extra charge or expense to the customer.

All custom orders take a minimum of 3 months, and depending on the item(s) in the order may take as long as 18 months to complete. The customer understands that full payment of the custom orders total cost must be paid before any work can begin and that once this payment is made NO REFUNDS on any payment(s) for custom order will be made.

The time period required to complete a custom order does not begin until we have received the attuned Pulse Stones; from the customer.

Liquid Stones and Elemental Stones take a minimum of three (3) months to complete. Solar Stones take a minimum of four (4) - six (6) months to complete. Exalted Stones take a minimum of twelve (12) months to complete. Pulse Essence take a minimum of 2 months to complete.
